Since 1987, RPM Transportation Consultants has provided traffic engineering consulting services for the City of Franklin. Responsibilities have included maintaining the city's traffic signal systems and reviewing traffic impact studies submitted to the city during the last fifteen years, including the Cool Springs Mall Traffic Study. Additional projects include signal designs for numerous intersections, bikeway planning, impact fee credit review, site plan review for numerous proposed projects, traffic signal operations, traffic signal warrant studies and review of intersection and roadway improvements proposed within the city.
