RPM Transportation Consultants has designed 26 of the 36 traffic signals which have been installed in the City of Brentwood. Areas which have been systematically designed include Cool Springs, Maryland Farms and Franklin Road. RPM has been instrumental in specifying signal design elements such as fire preemption, fiber optic communications cable and video detection which will eventually become the backbone of a fully integrated ITS system within the City of Brentwood. RPM continues to provide support to the City with its signal system by offering the staff's expertise with problems concerning signal operation, signal timing and system communications.
